I am from Arizona and was searching for a custom, lite wieght all aluminum 7x18 covered motorcycle trailer. I searched many manufacturers and ended up with only a few that hit all my needs . So after choosing NEO trailers it was time to locate that top rated dealer. As I started searching I did find a few dealers closer to me . But after talking with Dale and running thru the options list with me I knew I made the right decision going with Avalon Service center even though they where located 1400 miles away.

the Staff the building the whole atmosphere of the business was excellent !! They had our trailer out front waiting for us. They gave us a complete walk around and made us feel like we where getting royal treatment ! I could have not asked for anymore from the staff at Avalon . AWESOME experience working with Dale and the team at Avalon! Dale replies to emails immediately with the information you need. He ordered me in some side racks for my Aluma trailer. I was going to install myself but with it being cold out, decided I'd drop it off and have Avalon install over the winter. They had it done and ready the next day! Everything down to coiling up and zip tying my ratchet straps for me! It's this service and attention to detail that really goes a long way. Thanks again!

Amazing people. Definitely get that old school family business feel you don't see very often. Trailer was all greased up when I got there and they adjusted the hitch height. Then my truck had a wiring problem that they were able to fix for me. All paperwork was organized and had nice labels. My office lady said she wishes everyone would do that. Very simple process. Definitely worth the few hour drive.

Thank goodness for Avalon Auto Service! We were traveling and having trouble with our camper brakes and lights. They fixed the lights as well as 2 brakes and an axel. They were reasonably priced for all the work they did and their service was quick. We were back on the road in a few hours.
